Eva Foxerty, an enthusiastic thirty-something with questionable deductive skills, begins her career as a private detective after graduating from the University of PI in San Francisco. Despite its often erroneous conclusions, it resolves miraculously his affairs, thanks to chance coincidences and accidental observations.

 

Marc Dupont, a skeptical local journalist, decides to follow Eva to understand the secret of her unexpected success. Throughout their investigations, notably into a missing valuable object and a lost diamond, they form an effective team, combining Eva's imaginative intuition and Marc's pragmatic analysis.

In their most challenging case, art theft, the duo, now nicknamed “FoxDuPI,” uses their unique skills to solve the mystery, strengthening their reputation in the city.
