Jim, after a series of unfortunate incidents in his house, loses consciousness and wakes up in an unrecognizable future. Transported to the year 2052, he discovers a technologically advanced and strange environment. Machines respond to his thoughts, drones offer a panoramic view of the world, and new medical technologies perform miracles. As he tries to understand what is happening, Jim learns that he was kidnapped and trained by aliens for twelve years. These beings have prepared him for a crucial mission: helping Earth repel an imminent alien invasion. Using his new telepathic skills, he works with a team to thwart the threat. Once the mission is accomplished, he reunites with his family, and although grateful for this unique experience, he remains marked by the weight of the responsibilities entrusted to him.
