Olivier and Pierre Lentels, private detectives specializing in parapsychology, investigate the mysterious disappearance of Morning Star reporter Arnold. Arnold had uncovered a sinister plot involving INCON Trading, a company selling a miraculous perfume, “The Unconditional,” that can rejuvenate and cure all diseases. However, the perfume hides a dark secret: it puts its users to sleep for six hours, allowing operators to drain their life energy using a special helmet.

While revisiting Arnold's apartment, the brothers find a USB drive hidden in a corkscrew. Inside, they discover videos and documents proving that the residents of two Garland City buildings, all orphans, are being used as guinea pigs. Their suffering is being recorded and sold on a platform paying.

Olivier and Pierre, determined to put an end to this plot, succeed in arresting Tom Hawkingsen, the instigator of the operation, and reveal the horrors committed. Despite the government's efforts to cover up the affair, the brothers know that the truth must be known to all.
