Toros, a seahorse captured and placed in an aquarium, discover a horse race on television. Inspired, he dreams of organizing an underwater race with his friends. Released into the ocean, he finds Clost and Tandros, and together, they convince the Tristelles sisters, shrimps, to join them. The race, full of challenges, becomes a legend underwater celebrated every year.
