In this story, Cédric, a computer scientist having become able to communicate with birds through a translation program he created, discovers that the government plans to use his technology to manipulate birds for military purposes. Horrified, he turns to Luna, a passionate environmental activist, and her group to hatch a plan to expose this sinister project to the general public. Together they combine expertise technology of Cédric and the activism of Luna to lead an effective media campaign. Despite his capture and interrogation by the agency, Cédric manages to direct the agency's attention towards a false lead. Eventually, thanks to their efforts, the project is abandoned under public pressure, and Cédric, disillusioned with his work with the government, joins Luna to promote a balance between technology, humanity and nature.
