Claude, an arrogant and Cartesian consultant, firmly believes that everything in life can be explained by logic. Unforeseen events, corresponding to Madeleine's predictions, occur, sowing doubt in Claude's mind. Faced with the limits of his skepticism and need for control, he learns from Madeleine that true wisdom lies in accepting the unknown. Gradually, Claude opens up to new perspectives, finding a new balance in his life.
