One day, Ionien, the bright and joyful Do, falls ill after succumbing to the delights of a sweet party. Too many enchanted cakes, dancing candies and magic juices have weakened his powers. Desperate, he fears the mockery of the other notes, but a benevolent melody reminds him of the importance of a balanced diet. Regaining strength thanks to enchanted fruits and vegetables, Ionien learns to listen to his body and becomes a model of wisdom for the whole village.
